This is an appreciation post to the staff and chef at Les Alizés, Palais De Mahe. Having wanted to visit this restaurant from Day 1 of our visit to Pondicherry, we ended up spending our last night relishing the most tastiest dishes with courteous and friendly staff. What we ordered :Spicy prawn moilee (soup)Bacon wrapped prawns (starters)Mutton milagu masala (main course)Crème brulee (dessert)And some glasses of alcohol The soup and main course were the highlight of the dishes. Having eaten at 5 star restaurants in metro cities, the quality and taste of food at Les Alizés can give the big names a run for their money. If given a choice, I would have kissed the hands of the chef ! M and I had a moment when we tasted the soup. It was the best we’ve ever had. Do give this place a visit. I’m sure you will go through the same emotion as we did.
