It shud have been a 4 for the food n ambience. But the staff courtesy is always an expectation when it comes to a good hotel. Had a bad experience once when we ordered for soda n juices for parcel. we asked for in plastic take away cups.(as we were travelling) The waiter asked us to pay the bill n wait while he could bring them. We waited for long and after paying the bill he brought the juices packed in polythene bags. He said he got only that n when asked y he dint inform us he dint give a good response. We left the place only to find he dint provide the soda in the packing. Now this may seem a small issue. But it was actually cheating us by making us pay the bill before we could get the juices.
Worst Briyani ever. 2 stars because it tastes better than Dindigul Thalapakatti briyani. Briyani is tasteless. Chicken manchurian tasted ok but when we compare it to the price, it’s not worthy
Came here a week ago with few friends. The service was good but the food wasn’t that great. The quantity of the food was very less for the price they charge. We ordered half chicken Biryani but we got half of half (quarter of a normal full biryani). Also, we ordered for chicken lollipop but looks like half of the lollipop is eaten. If you’re looking for meals only then this is a good place but I didn’t like other items. They are not upto the standards.

Man the veg thali had a lot to eat.. The picture should tell you how much was available.Chicken biryani was just okay, nothing great. Seemed very normal, alot of oil.The Staff was very welcoming and friendly.Parking space was available but not vallet service.A little Over priced for what they serve.
