Dreadful experience. The major reason I chose to stay at Accord was Mr.Venkatesh Bhat the master chef. Thinking that the food in the hotel where he is the CEO would be great I chose to have lunch in the hotel itself. They said it was a Thali feat ongoing so we ordered one South Indian thali and one Punjabi Thali.The service was ultra horrible. There was only 1 other table occupied other than us but our table was almost ignored. The food was not hot at all and took more than 30 mts to come. Except the Paneer gravy everything else tasted the same. In the South Indian Thali, the veggies were either undercooked or Murdered In heat. High time Accord learns the “One Pot One Shot” technique (Check OPOS Chef channel on Youtube)The rice was gooy and sticky and sambar n kaara kozhambu were really bad. I don’t know who gave the idea to include kozhambu, rasam, mor template Only o chose punjabi but there also same story.Finally ice cream was a comedy. A tiny spoon of ice cream was served, not even half of the regular scoop. It was a joke.At Rs. 333 net this was a horror story. Absolutely not worth even 120rs.I’m baffled at how Chef Bhat hasn’t changed things here! Total fiasco this one!

Visited this place with my friend for the lunch buffet. They had limited options, but all of them were really tasty and worth the price. One of the best meals we had in town. The starters are to die for.
