The food and ambience is great. Daal dera ismail khan is a must try. The only down side is the singer who is so out of tune. He is a complete joy killer.
Walked in to the restaurant for dinner after hearing good reviews. The staff refused to offer table since it was bigger (10 seats) and we were 4. Good food but not a courteous staff. You can’t let go 4 walk in guests in anticipation of getting 10 guests. Period.
If are you looking for both ambience and food then head to this beautiful Restaurant. Ambience is ideal for large group and Family. Bright light in color. Beautiful Chandelier is central attraction of this Restaurant Overall Interior, Sitting arrangement and decoration is perfect. it is serving Both vegetarian and Non Vegetarian dishes.This Beautiful Restaurant is part of MK hotel and easy to spot this restaurant without any difficulties. We had a heavy lunch and thus wanted to have a late dinner, upon enquiring around we were told that not a lot of restaurants, other than the ones in hotels, will serve food around midnight. Taal was recommended by most, and understandably so. The restaurant is located within the MK hotel, and thus finding it is easy. The decor was pretty decent, I liked the walls and the lights, not the seating so much. The lazy susun in the middle of our table was of great help. The service was great, the staff was happy to serve us even though we were late. The food was serves hot and in good time. We ordered some soup’s to start with, namely tomato soup, hot and sour, sweet corn, chicken schezwan etc. All the soup’s were below average and based on the soup’s we decided to stick to mughlia for the main course. In the main course we ordered a large variety and everything tasted above average. Overall our meal here was amongst the better restaurant meals that I’ve had in Amritsar. I would definitely recommend the mughlia food here.
