Just ordered three Kulcha’s. Chanas seems cooked two days before. To more surprise I found a cockroach in chutney. Pics shared. Called to zomato delivery boy, he said that he take order from Dhillon Kulcha store, then I called at Dhillon Kulcha store. To more surprise person who attended the call told me that he doesn’t know anything. I took the contact no of owner & called him and told him about cockroach in food. To more surprise he told me that he will send Kulcha again. I asked him that I don’t want any Kulcha. Just ask him to keep his kitchen clean. But he asked me to complain to health authorities. Very poor food. I Request to people & friends not to order anything from this Dhillon Kulcha. As there food will spoil health of consumers.
Food is amazing with generous amount of stuffing inside the kulcha. Chickpeas stew is also tasty and compliments the kulcha in every manner. Lassi I ordered was heavy on the sweet note but was delicious. Chutney provides the special ‘Amritsari’ touch. They can work up with some achaars as the chutney is served with mango, gooseberry pickle in Amritsar to make the meal more authentic and original. Ambience is good and the owner greets you with a warm smile upon entering the restaurant. Staff is very polite. Overall experience is awesome as it is hard to get the proper Amritsari experience anywhere else. Kudos.
