This food court place doesn’t go wrong in making the Dosa in the land where people are addicted to spicy, oily, buttery parathas. They have plenty of variations (including even a noodles filling) on the menu to cater to diverse taste buds. I stuck to a basic garlic roast Dosa, which was crisp as expected and I didn’t find it to be a whole lot different from the dosas I have in Bombay. Where this place needs to improve is in the making of the side items served with Dosa (sambhar & chutneys), which, I felt, lacked in taste and quality. If they gear up on the sides, this place should be a definite go for decent South Indian food.
