The ambience is good,however the service was not upto the mark. There was a delay of 20-25 mins in delivery. The staff somehow didn’t seem motivated to work. The food quality was avg and the chicken was a bit too oily. I think its what the staff wants. Keep the quality avg and service slow to avoid customers.

I have taken burger combo meals. Taste of burger was little bit ok, French fries were hard and soggy and cold drink like water only i.e. without fizz.
This McGrill’s is awesome.The facility is clean and spacious. Staff members are indeed very attentive. I liked the prompt service. My food came to me within ten minutes of ordering. I enjoy the fresh food and comfortable seating. Overall, very good first experience here.
