Very spicy food and I have ordered less spicy food . Pathetic food quality pizza got totally destroyed in baggage when open the order.I will never place order on basant ever again.
its not look real basant burger, not real basant packing, no real packing, no real basant taste, very low standard, there was totaly different between packed food and i took at restaurant, it totally look like street food

Very late service, prices higher than other basant restaurants (please compare before ordering) and low quality food ( too bitter kadai paneer, like burnt bitter), worst of all, no one takes responsibility.
The prices are pocket friendly and that is the biggest factor because of which you can see a lot of people in the afternoon, otherwise everything is ok, neither good nor bad, what bad is the service, you cannot expect what kind of service you will get, and besides if you order online, the just cross your fingers and pray you get what you ordered, the quantity and quality will greatly vary if you sit there in comparison to ordering online.Taste:6/10Service:4/10Ambience:5/10Value for Money:6/10
