This place was one of the go-to places back in the day, however it has turned out to be out-dated now.Still an average place for good food and drinks.
Good ambience and complementing warm lighting with a sweet smell of the fresh brewed beer takes up the appetite to a whole new level. Menu is simple with continental, Chinese and Indian cuisine well described. The taste of the food here is good and matches to the reputation of the restaurant. Timely service matches up the pace of our eating speed. Do try the Romali roti with any dish you get here.
Its basically the same as The Colonels Cabin ! Same Management, Same Kitchen, Same Taste, Same Menu. Its just that Deochon Doris is a separate sitting area for guys and groups and the colonel cabin is meant for families.The interiors are recently renovated and it gives the place a much needed lease of life.The food as always is of great quality and for the price they charge the quantity you get is just amazing.The music is a bit loud but still ok. The ambience is nice and fresh. We opted for Veg Wontons Fried which were absolutely tasty and perfectly crispy. Hyderabadi Kebab which i was told were tender, juicy and delicious and then we had cheese chilly which was perfectly cooked.If you wanna hang out with friends then i highly recommend this place.Taste:9/10, Service:8/10, Ambience:8/10, Value for Money:8/10
Tonight, I get an opportunity to have my Dinner at Deochan Doris. Great ambience n excellent food at reasonable price. Though the chicken items ordered were good in taste but boneless chicken pieces in Chicken Tikka Masala were not enough but still I would love to visit this Restaurant time n again.
