  Got a chance to cross this restaurant while travelling.. pocket friendly.. we had crispy chicken, mutton chaap fry, chicken tandoori, chicken tikka masala with naan for 600 rupees .. Pulkit Arora has magical hands.. mouth watering food they serve

  The employees of this restaurant are so rude that beware they might insult your family too.I ordered chicken tandoori 250g and crispy fried chicken 250gCrispy chicken was good not so tasty but okay.When we were going to open tandoori chicken container, I saw hair with it , I open the lid and saw long hair rolled down with the whole chicken in the container.It was so disgusting to look, and embarrassing thing was that our guests were waiting for food.We called down restaurant and they said it maybe true that you are saying. I was like we are lying to him.He said you can take that plate anytime while passing by from my restaurant or I’ll send you some other day.We said our guest are waiting , please send us new plate and take this back to you.He said okay, I’ll send you new plate , you throw the old one.We waited for 20-25mins, we called him back that where is that delivery guy.He said I’m unable to send , you call that zomato guy to pick your order, we said that how can we call him, he maybe busy on his another delivery order. He said then you come and pick it up.We said if we have to order then why the hell we would place that order. He said your mother makes food at home your mother too puts hair in that, don’t you eat it. We felt insulted in front of our guests , that employee was so loud and Rude. Is this a way to talk to your customer!? Then he disconnected our phone and rejected the next call.Thanks to zomato that they resolved my issue , but I got Rs.18 as a zomato credit only not 130 of my full amount.I would think it as a donation to the restaurant for the betterment of the employees.One message for the customers who are going to order from this restaurant, kindly call them and make them remind that don’t do that thing with my order which you did with their order which contained hair in food and you disconnected the call.He was so rude and was vulgar in speaking.Never ever gonna order from this restaurant.

  An outlet situated near the rose garden.Their Crispy fried chicken is a must have item.You can grab it for just ₹120. The quantity & quality both are appreciable. Beats kfc!
