I came here last night 8 October after a trip to the Wagah Border. I asked my driver to take me to a local place that wasn’t expensive and the fool took me here claiming they had great Amritsari fish. I get there and no fish was available. I ended up ordering egg biryani, sweet lassi, a small bowl of raita, and a bottled water. My bill was 1202 rupees. I may be a foreign visitor but I’ve been to India several times now and have never paid 349 for raita. RIDICULOUS. It was the woman manager who handed me my bill by the way. At the end of the meal I paid and walked out. Then thought about that bill again. I asked my driver to talk to the manager about my bill. When she came out I asked to see a copy of my bill so I could review my order and it’s exhorbitant prices. She said sorry we threw it in the dust bin. 100% suspicious. I complained to my hotel manager (Park Inn Radisson) who agreed that these prices are ridiculous. We pulled up the menu online and saw that egg Biryani only costs 300 rupees. Together we phoned the restaurant owner who clarified that I was given a different menu than what they posted online. 100% illegal if you ask me. Long story short, DO NOT GO HERE. The food is good but not great! Certainly not worth 1202 rupees. If you find yourself here make sure you double check the prices on the menu against the prices they charge you on the bill. I’ve also complained to my hotel a manger at the Radisson whoPromised me they will NEVER recommend this place again. We also spoke to the trael desk (a 3rd party company) and they too, vowed never to take their clients there. All drivers were informed. So disappointed!!! Please do yourselves and go somewhere else.

Good place in amritsar for authentic Punjabi food. Their specialties are paneer and chicken kalimirch and both are must eat if you visit this place. Decent ambience and good service.
Outstanding taste and presentation. For those looking for best and authentic Indian, must visit. Awesome and clean sitting area. Do try the kali mirch chicken.
I did not receive the order
