A gem of a find right here in Mohali. Who would have thought that we can get such good quality restaurant level food from a roadside restaurant Van. So many times have I passed this Van, not trying, thinking to myself that I need to avoid unhygienic streetfood. I’m glad I was proven wrong when my friends coaxed me to visit this Van one fine evening.We ended up trying a lot many dishes:- Mutton Rice, Chilli Chicken Rice, Butter Chicken Rice, Egg Curry Rice, Rajma Chawal, Kadhi Chawal.Each Rice Dish was great in its own way and no dish had a similar gravy, means it is all hardowork with separate gravies being prepared for each dish. The Masalas are of good quality, causing no acidity. Highly recommended!
