I ordered Egg Bhurji and Butter Roti. I received raw and uncooked roti. No butter was there on the chapatis. Egg bhurji was nice. But chapatis were not properly cooked. Chapatis were purely raw as it can be seen in the picture attached. Hope you check orders thoroghly before delivering it to the customer.
I ordered food from this restaurant through zomato yesterday. I spoke to the restaurant about replacing rice in my veg thali with extra roti and the manager agreed for it. Soon after almost couple of minutes It started showing in the zomato app that my order was on the way. I tried contacting the zomato valet and the restaurant but none of them attended my call. I made about 20 calls to each one of them. No response. It was showing that the zomato valet gurjant has delivered your order. I was shocked to see such a response both from the restaurant and the valet. I also lost my money that I had paid for the order through paytm. I was cheated both by the restaurant and the valet. Truly speaking, I suggest you not to order any food from such a third class eatery which has no sense of customer service and plays fraud with the customer. Zomato please, dump such eatries from your list that spoils your reputation as well. Enough
I have just ordered Kadhai Paneer combo. Which includes Kadhai Paneer + 3 butter roti + 300ml soft drink. They have delivered Khadai Paneer and there was no Paneer in my Kadhai Paneer. Great! I have received 3 roti without any butter. And I didn’t receive any soft drink. And last their packing sucks..! They didn’t have any box or bowl etc. They sent me food in polythene packing. I have just paid for my food and they delivered food thinking me like a begger. Seriously! Please Zomato improve your quality of restaurents. 3rd Class.
