Well it was nice to see they deliver past 2am as I was feeling a bit of hunger. Decided to order 2x Aloo Tikki burgers as I thought what could go wrong? Heat the bun, deep fry the tikki and chuck some veggies with Mayo, pretty simple it seemed but then it arrived, wrapped in Aluminium foil, drenched in Oil as apparently they Deep fried the whole burger or something. Not sure what they did but pretty sure their buns took some sweet time deep diving in oil, and parts of it was burnt so was the vegetable patty inside. Anyway, suggestions for chefs, don’t deep fry buns, they aren’t supposed to be anywhere near oil.
