Murg Tikka Masala – Mirchi ParanthaThis authentic indian dish with a touch of punjabi flavors is a must try for all butter chicken lovers. The Murg Tikka Masala is an infusion of lightly grilled chicken and an extremely rich gravy. The gravy majorly consists of tomatoes and onions along with a subtle touch of garlic,ginger and indian spices. The chicken is boneless and melts well with the gravy.This should be tried with their signature bread called Mirchi Parantha. The parantha is buttery and crisp at the same time. It is covered with a thin layer of indian red spice( laal mirch) having a well cooked flour base.This should be enjoyed with vinegar dipped onions and mint chutney.
