Good services Zamato

Poor prepation, nothing in burger only tikki
Very pathetic service by this restaurant, I ordered food at 10.34PM and Zomato executive trying to deliver food at 12.00AM, atlast Zomato delivery boy called me again and again to collect the order at my door step although delivery boy is not reqched at my address and calling from some other location to collect the food. I believe if order is at 1034 user will wait atleast 35-40 minutes as per Zomato policy and it’s been almost 1 hour 30 minutes and how can I expect that food is fresh.
