A big no to this place! The worst experience ever. Stinking smell, poorly lit, unpleasant ambience combined with unprofessional behaviour. Self proclaimed 4 star hotel. Deserves to be shut down.
Very unfortunate that we booked with their hotel with advance payment for which their team did not even care to give a receipt. It only goes on to show how unprofessional these people are. Also despite informing 8 days in advance about the cancellation they refused to refund. This is how a so called 4 star hotel loses its customers over Rs 2000. No ethics. No morals. Just money mindedness and shear cheapness. Could not see a single happy client at their hotel. Perhaps it is because of this attitude of theirs. I will never ever book with this hotel and make sure I give these reviews to others as well. Anyways the hotel seems to be at the verge of shutting down. Really disgusted by the treatment. God knows how they would have ruined my event. Thank god we changed our mind.
