Pathetic place!! Went for dinner last night. The order came late so we asked to cancel it as we had a movie show. But the waiter got angry and started showing attitude and become arrogant. Literary he started fighting with us. Thats such a bad hospitality. We missed our half and hour movie because of this.One dish which we got on time was also not tasty.
This is the worst restaurant someone can go in Jaipur this place is totally managed by hooligans. I would not recommend this place even to the worst conditions they are serving stale food and when confronted they just argue abuse and try to hit you with anything near to them.
when did the restaurant today afternoon had a terrible experience I visited the restaurant with my father-in-law mother-in-law and small baby of 5 years the food which was served was tasteless and we were fine with that that it is in human thing and food can be tasteless sometimes but the thing which cause the entire issue and its actual disappointed as a lot was that the roties which was served to us WhatsApp of stale ldo it was thinking like anything and went and the vegetables as well the entire food was still and when this was reported to restaurant manager where are asked to leave and told that this is the same food which will serve to everyone when I ask them if they would eat this in front of me they refused saying that no will not eat this and then I asked them then if you are not ready to eat it and when it is thinking badly and it is very evident that didn’t had any answer you are asked to pay the entire amount to which we responded that when we are not taken the phone why are you asking to pay the bill the manager misbehaved abused and literally trade-offs harrassing us and what not about strictly say do not go there with your family with your kids are with your senior citizen parents.
It was good but charged high VAT taxes which was I don’t like it overall dont think to revisit again it was a quite place no table was occupied entire lunch except us Empty place
All Food was super delicious and taste was up to the mark. Service was great with polite staff. We didnt have to wait much for the food.Ambience was also great.Nice place to hangout, amazing environment,Food was super delicious and taste was up to the mark.Service was great with polite staff.Great seating experience at OTR 16 with beautiful view of Jaipur City and the great feel of pink city.Had amazing time over here. A great place for dinner outing In Raja Park.I would recommend to all, visit this place.
