Ambience is not at all good and service staff were unhygine. Lassi was good and food was ok type. It is very very expensive against what they serve. The Balaji Restrauant is pretty much famous while traveling in Jaipur. It knows for the popularity of vegetarian food when asked while roaming the best place to eat locals refer to Shree Balaji Veg Restaurant. The unlimited buffet thalli was best of 370 rupees per person. Paisa vasool restrauant.
When in Jaipur , eat like a king and that is exactly what we did.We were craving some good dhaba style Rajasthani meal which was simple yet delicious.Our cab driver took us to this restaurant which is quite close to Hawa Mahal and we were quite happy with their food.The restaurant is small ,yet has quite a few tables to accommodate people at the rush hour on the weekends.We ordered the Rajasthani and Gujarati thali along with chaas.They serve garlic chutney with papad to prepare you for the feast.Each thali has 2 veggies along with dal and the Rajasthani thali especially has the famous dal baati .The staff is courteous and the food is served piping hot .The ghee laden rotis taste good with the veggies ( special mention : their aloo gobi and paneer sabzi is delicious !).The thalis come with a dessert along with curd.Overall I would rate the place as follows :Service :4/5Ambience :2/5Food : 3/5Value for money : 3.5/5
Looks can be deceptive!! A small place having amazing Rajasthani food right in the market area. Had ordered for Rajathani Thali which was decent and good. The best pick was Daal Baati in thali. 270 bucks per thali and unlimited hot lovely food for you to enjoy. Staff is pretty courteous and polite. Owner himself interacted with us to ensure we had happy tummy.
Had Rajasthani thali at this restaurant and It was so good. The place was busy and there was some wait for table but It was definitely worth it. The food was fresh and delicious and the staffs were very quick with the service as well. Very easy on the pocket as well.
