I visited this place last month, this was the nice experience with staff and hotel. Food quality was good. Hotel entrance is full of traditional arts. On roof swimming pool and bar. But only one thing I found wrong is that they did off AC of my room due to this I did not sleep at night, & the water for bath is very hot.
The bar is small but happening. When I was there most of the crowd was enjoying cricket. The bar manager Mr. Bishan Singh is a nice guy. He is very attentive to each guest. Mainly local people visit here and those are quite regular. In snacks I tried Paneer Pakoda and that was a bit oily but okay. Prices are reasonable. Location is very good and there is huge parking space also. Interior is average with dim lights and comfort sofas. My ratings:Service 4/5Food 3/5Ambiance 3/5
I stayed at Hotel Vesta Maurya Palace. Visited this ‘Spirit of Jeypore’ which is a very small room within the hotel premises. I was not able to find my choice of liquor brand. Not so exciting, good to drop by and have a drink or two. I was told that they some times remain open very late.
