Not expected this kind of quality of food for a 4 star . Tandoori chicken wasn’t good at all . The onions served with it were sour . Lal mass combo with rice was good but have had better The quantity served was just good enough for one person . Nothing great to even to talk about the place .
We hosted a wedding ceremony at the Holiday Inn, Amer Road; and our stay lasted four days. And we always ate at the Aangan buffet. What I must recommend the Holiday Inn is the consistently good tasting food. The Indian dishes (veg and non-veg both) were specially good, with some of the crowd favorites being laas maas, gatte ki sabzi, ker sangri etc. I think it’s safe to say that the chef excels in typical Rajasthani cuisine. The service time could definitely be improved upon. But the wait is made up for by the great tasting food.Food 4/5Staff 4/5Service Time 2.5/5Value for money 3/5If you visit Holiday Inn, the Rajasthani cuisine is a must try.
Based on some of the ratings, this time thought to try out the food in aangan, opted for the lunch buffet and must say the food offered was very good. They have a limited menu and not as lavish as some other hotels but good part is that whatever is served in the menu is of good taste. The laal maans in non veg was actually a delight and one of the best I have ever tasted.
