Have seen this place from outside a number of times while passing from tiger hills. But as I don’t prefer restaurants inside resorts or big hotels never went in to taste the food. But I was in for another surprise when I searched for reviews of this place in the group & none available. Now coming back to the resort. They have 2 kinds of seating arrangement for restaurant, one in open gardern & another in A/c conditions. We choose the open one. Now coming to ambience it’s a perfect place for people who love calm places but don’t want to travel far from the city & as it was monday it was not that much crowded also. Asked the chef what he would recommend. So for drinks we ordered Mojito ( a safe bet) & fruit punch. For starters he recommended Paneer Ghosla so we went with that ,crispy corn (safe bet) & chana chaat. For main course he suggested their special vegetable which was not on menu Paneer Patiala, Shaam Savaee Kofta, Dal tadka & jeera rice. Both Mojito & fruit punch were just at par nothing great about them. The star for the evening was their starter paneer ghosla, the presentation, taste everything was perfect. In main course the best dish will be shaam savaee kofta, followed by their special paneer with marginal difference. The staff was courteous & specially chef was very much intrested in assisting what you should order & what you might like.Overall ReviewAmbiance – Really niceQuality – GoodValue – INR 3700 for 7 peopleTip- Do ask waiters before ordering portions they can be of real help.

Vijaygarh is an amazing resort located amidst the scenic beauty of the Tiger Hills. It is surrounded by the charming landscape of Udaipur City. They provide for a pool party packages as well where per person cost is Rs. 250 for two hours without meal or snacks and it varies from the kind of packages you avail.We had ordered Paneer Ghosla, Triple Rice and Margherita Pizza. Paneer Ghosla is a new dish which consists of finely chopped paneer mixed with the veggies as well as spicy flavouring and is served in crispy Ghosla. It was scrumptious and the spiciness was absolutely worth it. Triple rice consisted of Noodles, Rice and Manchurian with an extra dip of spicy flavours. The dip added charm to the entire dish with its flavour. Normal rice and noodles were balanced with this dip. Margherita pizza was a bit bland but tasted nice as compared to normal Margherita pizza.Do visit this amazing place to try lip-smacking dishes and enjoy amidst the natural atmosphere.
We have visited this place on 23rd January 2019. We have tried Dahi ke sholey and Panner Ghosla. Both the dishes are innovative specially the Panner Ghosla had basket of noodles. Looking forward to visit this place again .
