Pizza crust was made of only bread., No cheese, no stuffing, complete wastage of money, no toppings, it feels like they added some amount of cheese and chilli flakes on bread !!
The restaurant staff does not pack well. Half the food gets spilled in the polybag the restaurant provides. Food quality is not good. In the combos, one or two items are always missing(happened with me twice). The options in the combos are not clear(amongst red pasta or noodles). And when you call the owner, he smartly confirms a next order by saying that I’ll provide the missing item in the next order or adjust the amount of the respective item in the next order. I would not recommend the restaurant in terms of food quality, packaging quality and the behaviour or attitude of the staff.
I SUGGEST YOU GUYS IT WAS VERY BAD PIZZA PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM BEAN PIZZA. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.I orderd pizza and there is too much cheese on the pizza it was not pizza it was only cheese.Quality of pizza is very poor.
Yeah well, let me start with the ranting:1. The order was not accepted by the restaurant at first, the valet then placed it himself.Delayed service.2. Order was received – I had ordered the Pizza Combo with Chowmein and Cheese Margareita Pizza.I received Pasta instead, no point in selecting a food item if the restaurant will anyway take decision on my behalf.Arrogancy observed.Icecream scoop was included which was so gracefully packed that I got strawberry milkshake pint.A joke.3. I had read so much about Customer Service about Zomato but they were too unable to help with anything as the restaurant did not comply. Had they been supportive enough then I would have too happily let it go. But their behaviour took a toll on my patience.Overall, Mr Beans have no regards to customer service and are blatantly treating consumers at their will.Poor experience.Not recommended.Their are plenty other options in the vicinity of Ajmer that atleast know what customer relations are.Thank you for the read.
