Order the food first time in jaipur and realy very disappointed with the order, price was normal but at least make quality good food so customers can be satisfied

Very bad quality of food and even more bad quality of packing and also the promised items were not there in thali which I ordered.Very bad even the worst experience I ever had with a zomato order
Rotten food. Thief. I placed a prepaid order at 10 pm and this thief sent me leftovers. I ordered 10 rotis and got 7 with no butter and were like a day old stored in refrigerator. Got no response from Zomato customer service too. They did not even returned the money that I paid for those rotis even though the rotis were costlier than the Sabji.

Please do not compromise with quality and improve this with some better taste.Notable points.1. Packaging- whenever I order cold coffee it comes in polythene, now please suggest how to drink this with polythene?2. Taste- When we order something we just handover our taste on you, but you guys spoil our mood with bad taste
