i ordered special veg thali after seeing the variety of food but after arriving it was so poor quantity was less, one or two item was missing and it was not worth for more than 100 rs.
My order did not arrived.I think the restaurant owner had accepted my order by mistake and was unable to cancel it.My suggestion is please provide restaurants an option to cancel the order even when confirmed.
Late deliveryFood not prepared accordingly though it was informed to restaurant on call ! Secondly zamoto care representatives on chat did not pay heed & simply told every individual taste buds are different ! Seriously ridiculous customer support service . Representative name – Tanvi .She could have simply ask i will take action & will speak to restaurant ! . Disappointed the way zamato gold customer is treated .
Taste and preparation is not according to price.Even packing is so pathetic as per amount they have charged.
