Karan Dhaba is one of those childhood places and landmarks which has retained it’s identity and hasn’t changed much.Yesterday I went for dinner after whopping 9 years. It was good to see most of the same staff when I was there last time , retaining the best staff is key for providing best of food and service. That’s what happened, we ordered daal makhani , gatte masala and chapati.It was one of the best daal makhani I had with homely look and taste, perfect blend of creaminess and spices.Gatte Masala had an authentic Rajasthan taste to it, it was so good that gatte were dissolving in mouth.Attendant was doing a lot of efforts providing 1 fresh chapati at a time which is a rarety these days.Hope you guys remain same and yes next time I won’t take 9 years for going back at this place 🙂 🙂
