So i was supposed to order from on of the popular Non- Veg restro but they didn’t happen to accept my order. So as a last option left I ordered randomly from Mughal Darbar and after eating the food I sat with my Collar up as if i took the best decision of my life 😉 After ages i had such an amazing Mutton in Jodhpur as most of restaurants serve a regular gravy with boiled pieces and floating oil. But these guys have that amazing flavor, their gravy is amazing (less oil) and mutton was too tender with deep rooted flavors. Even the Naan was fluffy. Great job guys.
There was no difference between egg curry and butter chicken barring egg and chicken respectively. Please just go through the recipe of butter chicken once somewhere. Pathetic experience.
