Undoubtedly one of my favorite dining places in Jodhpur, Ajit Bhawan is always a pleasant experience. The hotel is a perfect blend of ancient heritage and modern amenities and has 4 drink and dine areas and one of them is J-Bar. Comfortable ambience, warm hospitality, courteous staff, prompt service and great food = Peaceful dinner time with family. This is what we ordered:..Assorted Non-veg Platter. A perfect combination of chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, fish and prawns marinated in yogurt and other rich ingredients and cooked to perfection in tandoor..Amritsari Paneer Tikka. Literally melt in mouth paneer accompanied with mint chutney..Dahi Ke Kebab. Crispy from the outside and soft from the inside, the kebabs were tasteful and flavorful..Home Style Chicken Curry. Spicy, hot, fragrant curry made with ground spices, onions and tomatoes and a perfect choice when it comes to main course.

The best bar in Jodhpur.. be it ambience, collection of drinks and food, staff and the aura.
Certainly an option across the road of Umaid Bhawan if your money spectrum remains below a threshold.Vibrant place, visit in late evening hours advised. Free & ample parking inside.Order the chicken malai tikka, chicken 65 to understand the succulence only bested by the ambience.Drink menu has not all but most of the mentioned ones.Bartender surely knows the right proportions and how to mix ( which is a concerned at many fancy sophisticated places ).Good2 bar , they have a projector like big screen for sport events.Noise & distraction free area you can have a conversation despite being drunk or otherwise ^_^Worth the money.And travellers from Delhi, it appears to cost MORE but would cost you lesser or equal to any regular fancy bar in CP or Hauz Khas with better experience. (Exclude cafe MRP kinds)
