Very poor service , very poor staff , uneducated staff , don’t know how to behave with customers.Not happy with this type of service and behaviour
Visited the place because of Nearbuy voucher. It’s a very dull place with bad or no music, bad service, normal interiors.Only saviour is the food. It’s manageable..5 start extra for their Fish preparation.
If you want to know the actual meaning of the term worst then you are at right place.Worst restaurant ever, don’t even dare to complaint if you don’t like something, they will call police if many customers are complaining on same thing and they are not able to fulfill it.If you paid them directly they won’t refund in case if you are not liking there service, if u paid online then they will say.. Online liya h na.. Jao unse le lo refund, jo hai yhi hai. Wah wah.. Thanks to nearby and little app customer executive for fast and positive responseNever gonna visit again and won’t sugges anyone. Never visit this place. I booked a table for 16 people. However, even after making advanced payment,I was refused a table for main course for 16 people saying you have to sit separately. Earlier the guests had alcohol in the restaurants. When I requested that we will sit together, I was threatned by one of the managers Prabhat that he will call security as we are drunk. Only 150 ml alcohol was served to 16 people. Is it enough to get someone drunk and misbehave with the hotel staff? I have the hotel bills to prove that only 150 ml whiskey was served. This is a serious threat to the guest’s safety. I was given a table for 16 people later. This complaint is not only about Prabhat but also hampers the overall image of the hotel. This was my last visit. Don’t ever go.
This is nearby to my home and have good quality of.. staff service is fine not so good and the indian main course and soups they have are nice..but they need to improve the staff service and the taste of italian food
I booked a dinner for my family on theeve of my birthday. We ordered food and was served with a lot of delay. it took around 1 hour after I placed my order. We order VEg jalfrezi among two main courses.We are hard core brahmins and strictly follows our rituals. This hotel served us a sea food(Prawn) in veg jalfrezi.When I inquired as what is the meat piece? The food manager replied it to be a steamed Cauliflower. But when I called the manager and asked him to taste he said that its a PRAWN. A PRAWN to a brahmin vegetarian in a so called 3-4 star. How could they do this.EVen if they did it as a mistake how the food manager tried to justify it making non sense false statements.Highly irresponsible staff which handles their guest like time pass. They then started giving bribes to me fornot to make a scene. Which I never wanted to make on my birthday. But they spoiled my birthday my dinner and a very good evening. They offered me a free dinner a complementary dinner next time.But I give a damn to such places.Never ever go to such places.even you can go to a road side dhaaba but not This hotel. They can give you anything to eat if they can offer a sea food to a brahmin in a veg jalfrezi.I am attaching the pics of the prawn piece.
