  We were strongly recommended to visit this place at lunchtime and were not disappointed. Enjoyed Paratha lassi chole bhature and the thali. Service was quick. Wonderful overall experience sweetannu.com

  While Gypsy is famous for its 41odd dishes thali (served on first floor) we couldn’t have so much rich food even in the afternoon. This place is always crowded and be assured of waiting for around 1/2 hr before being served at the restaurant alacarte on the ground floor. The food is very tasty but the service is slightly poor. The orders are asked for again and again and the service could be slow because of the crowd. We ordered dal pakwan, special and normal thali along with chole palak with rice. Everything was very tasty and worth a visit while in Jodhpur

  We stopped at this place while coming from Jaisalmer. Wanted to try their much hyped thali, about which I have heard in my food group. Unfortunately, we reached after 4. We were told that that particular section is closed. So, we seated on the ground floor and ordered few varieties, for the six of us, including 2 kids. The idlis were super soft (though really small in size), the sambhar and chutney really tasted great. The dosa was crispy but the potato filling was too less. Cheese fondue pav bhaji was excellent. The pavs were crispy and the bhaji was full of cheese and butter. Kids just loved it. Veg chopsuey was okay. Nothing too great about it. chholey- bhature were super tasty. We tried ordering paranthas and kulchas but they refused as these were from their lunch menu and we were late.The staff was courteous and service was great. We washed everything down with cold coffee, which was good again. A must visit place of you are a foodie.
