There were so many problems.1. I ordered for 2 Thali. In one 4 chapati and in other 2 naan. But because of unavailability of naan they sent chapati in both. But it was OK for me because restaurant called me and informed before hand.2. But when I received my packet What I seen is my order was not packed properly and gravy was in poleethin bag.3. In one thali no salad wad there.4. All chapatis were semi cooked. Means KACCHI thi.5. Most important rice were not fresh means BASI the. They were smelling very badly.Overall it looked like I was the last customer for them and they send all food which was about to be wasted.After that when I called them there was some Manish spoken to me and he said that currently I am not at counter so wait giving you another number but still waiting.Finally My wife made dal ans chapati and we could have our dinner.From last 35-40 minutes I am trying Zomato chat center but no response due to heavy traffic. So I thought it is better to write everything in review. Now it it up to Zomato to see that is this the way of service and what action should be taken in this regard.
