We were travelling to Jodhpur and eating in Kalinga was on my bucket list. We ordered handi chicken, (fearing laal maans to be too spicy for us), rotis for us and fish and chips for my nephew. The food was definitely tasty but we were surprised to know that they don’t serve complimentary onions. Having eaten in both the five stars and roadside dhabas alike, we found it really strange. The other thing which had put us off was the behaviour of their staff. The waiter attending us was rude. One time visit for food is okay but don’t keep your expectations too high.
