On a business visit to Jodhpur recently, this restaurant turned out to be my saviour, serving me dinner at midnight, their closing hours.Palak is a typical restaurant near Jodhpur railway station, just like many other towns in India. Hygiene better not be a criteria to select a restaurant or else this place will miserably fail.We had a Bhindi Pyaaaz which was bhindi fried along with onions, the salt was less & had a lot of the crown portion of the Bhindi.We also ordered for a Dal Tadka which was quite good but a loads of oil & garlic in it.The saving grace was that we were served hot chapati’s which did help a famished stomach.A decent place with nothing to rave about.
