Tejpal Sain – awesome experience here. One of the most memorable celebrations we had in this place. Awesome place for gathering and the food is the best.
This is a complaint regarding Barbeque Nation (Ahluwalia the great Mall of Kota) . I went there yesterday with my family and was surprised to face the pathetic behaviour my the staff . I was served the starters in the gap of 15 minutes and when I complained to them , they said that their is a shortage of staff. I was again made to wait for my second round of starter and was given paneer tikka with no paneer and only veggies I asked to have a word with the manager. Now , your manager is even worse . He came after 10 minutes and when I complained about the issues , he told me that this is a different started and not paneer tikka when you can clearly see that it is. When my sister tried to make him understand he started smiling , bent down and started speaking at ear level of her . I mind you , she was sitting and he literally bent down and started speaking tonger coming gery closely to her face. This made us uncomfortable and we left the place there and then . There was no apology from the manager ,not even a hint of remorse can be seen on his page. I am never going to that pathetic restaurant again . #barbequenation this is high time that you start respecting your customer and provide the service as high as your prices.
Food variety missing plus service is poor. Food quality is also below average. Should improve the quality of food and also service as we see in barbeque nation jaipur
