Food is not good, order misplaced and if ask for refund hotel staff misbehaved and denoy to return money and if we recorded for misplace items they again delivery another item,if we order for pineapple raita hotel staff deliver mixed fruit raita with added gulab sharbat. Totally wrost of money and insult if you invite your guests and place order from this restaurant
I have visited this restaurant yesterday,situated on neatby udiapole circle, experience of my visit is not good as I have expected,the whole restaurant was empty so I expect a faster service but I got my food after 25 minute.

Worst experience with this restaurant did not give my refund back i place a order and the restaurant did not prepare it so i cancel the order bcoz it take to much time i waited 30 minutes for the order to be prepared but there no response from the restaurant so i canceled it but they did not give my refund back

I asked for GST bill n they denied even they responded very badly. Very rude n offensive after asking for GST bill. They (all staff) came over to me to pay without GST bill.If asking for GST bill is not legal then it’s not right for people to ask for it. Goverment plss suggest what needs to be done from our side in order to avoid such kind of situatug6te9
