Hi! So I went to bhatti and bakes and we ordered tandoori paneer momos, tandoori cheese and oregano momos and paneer Chipotle.Momos (both kinds)- Momos had a thick covering and there was a very little taste of Organo in them! We did not enjoy them.Paneer Chipotle- the marination was not cooked it was in kinda liquid state. I mean it was the same as we eat in marriages as there it is always uncooked! I am so disappointed bhatti and bakes! Would not recommend this to anyone!
The first time I tried malai chicken tikka momos and tandoori chicken tikka momos in Delhi, I was blown away coz it was so flavourful. So when I saw that its available in Udaipur I couldn’t wait to try it. I tried the Cheese oregano tandoori momos. The outer layer had that delicious smokey tandoori flavour and the filling inside was a regular vegetable filling. The only missing element for me was the cheese, but overall the taste was really good. So its a Must try for all you momo lovers who haven’t tried this unique twist on momos yet. Also tried the paneer tikka roll. It was soooo good. It was loaded with paneer which was marinated very well and super soft that it literally melts in your mouth. They had put a generous amount of tandoori mayo(I think it was that) which made it super saucy and yummy. If you prefer your rolls less saucy you can always request them to do so. They also had some soya chaap rolls, Paneer Chipotle tikka roll which I cant wait to try.
