My experience with flames was excellent. It’s a nice place to stay n enjoy. Not crowded, excellent supportive staff and nice breakfast.Hotel has nice ambience n clean n would recommend my friends to visit this place both budget wise n service .

I ordered full butter chicken which should have 2 leg piece. But the restaurant didn’t provided proper pieces to eat. There were insufficient small boneless pieces. The restaurant should check which order is boneless and which is not. Not satisfied at all.
Just average!!The food is good over here but the hygiene is missing. The service and restaurant should be improved a bit too.Also the service is getting deteriorated day by day.

Always delighted with the service and quality output towards guests. I’ve a corporate tie up with the hotel and my delegates and guests are always happy with the stay. Very friendly and welcoming staff!
