This hotel is gigantic and visually appealing. When you visit this place, you don’t feel as if it’s an ordinary hotel because the way it is structured, the staff & hospitality it gives along with all the amenities, it will satisfy you to the core.This place boast a multi cuisine restaurant titled ‘SABOR’ & a lounge bar called ‘AIR’.Now you would be willing to know about SABOR here so here it is -It is a full fledged restaurant with a bakery and a bar at the two sides. Also attached to it is an outdoor open air place to dine. So on a totality, this place gives you ample of space. Now if you want me to review the ambience then all I can say is that I’ve not seen a better restaurant than this. Bright yet soothing interiors with lightings all over the area like the sun shines. The live kitchen flowing at the one side of restaurant really adds nuance to the overall design and it all appears classy!Though the menu is large with prices on a bit higher side. But I’ve always tried their gigantic buffet which cost around 1400 including taxes for Vegetarians. Everytime the buffet menu changes so there is not a specific set of dishes to expect but I can assure you this much that anyday, this place is never going to disappoint you.The buffet includes -1. Four kinds of Salad,2. Two types of soups with buns, bread sticks and butter.3. Fruit Chaat or Fruit Cream or Chana Chaat.4. Vegetable Raita5. Papads, Papdis & Fryums.6. Four varieties of Starters like Schezwan Noodles, Paneer Chilly, Cheese Potato Boat, Manchurian.7. Three-Four Cuisines like Paneer Lababdar, Dal Makhani, Mix Vegetables, Govind Gatta.8. All varieties of Indian Breads.9. Huge Varieties of Desserts. This will be your favorite section.10. Ice CreamAlso sometimes they add small live counters like Pani Puri which you can have by paying additional price.So I’ll give 5 stars to everything whether it be the ambience, hospitality, food & service. So what more to expect?If you are willing to spend a little more then you can have one of the most memorable dine experience here. It’s highly recommended!
