After a tiring exploration of the City Palace and a hungry kid, we opted for this place just off the entrance of the palace. The resto is part of the Fateh Prakash Palace hotel and is a fine dine place, and hence the pricing is on the higher side. Great views of Lake Pichola from the restaurant, ambience simple yet beautiful. Hot afternoon meant a vodka cocktail was on the cards and it was refreshing. On the food, some veg kebabs, paneer makhani with some bread, veg biryani for our order – great taste overall , high on quality and quantity. The meal ended with some Jelly custard which was enough to get us going for the rest of the day. Service was a bit slow but food came in hot which made up for it. foodntraveldiaries.in
