This is the first time I have rated a place this low and hopefully will never have to do it again as I usually choose the place before I eat. The single star is for the food which is reasonably good. However, what TAKES 4 STARS AWAY is their unprofessionalism. Had gone there for breakfast with my family with hardly 4 more guests there before. We ordered a tuna sandwich and a chicken sandwich with tea which took 40 minutes to arrive and there was no interim intimation regarding the cause of delay inspite of repeated queries. I shudder to think what happens during peak hours. Go there only if you have nothing else to do at Gangtok.
The Coffee Shop has amazing pizzas. It was one of the best Margarita Pizza i have ever had. Loved the vibe of the place too. The Minestrone soup was average and so was the black forest pastry.
The coffee shop is located at the hub of Gangtok and it has an impressive ambience . It’s feels very warm and cozy something so welcoming in the cold chilling weather . We had ordered margerita and it was quite good. The cold coffee was excellent!! So rich and it had the right blend of coffee and whipped cream . We also had Spaghetti which was quite alright . It’s a really nice place to hang out in the evening .. especially when you are sitting out in the porch and sipping some nice coffee or wine .
One of the best place for Italian food. For the Pizza,we ordered Paesana and for the spaghetti,Rustica. From the portion to the taste, it met our expectations. Definitely worth visiting.
