The food here is amazing. The ambience is also good but the staff service can be improved. The kappa biryani is a must try food. The quantity of the food is also satisfactory. Also the rooms in grand tiara has quiet affordable price. So this place is a must try one and I would also recommend this to others.
The concept of this restaurant is pretty new to me. You order lunch and they serve it for evening snacks. I would recommend you to order a dish, go watch a movie or something and then be back to eat (you might still have to wait if you are lucky). Waiters were so friendly. They even laugh at your jokes about the restaurant. On a serious note, this place is nowhere close to what it was a few years ago. Dishes tasted horrible. And I can no longer recommend it to anyone. Literally no authenticity in what they call a Keralian cuisine. Such a letdown.
I went here for a sit down buffet. The hotel was little bit difficult to find and the food was also not so great. I went with my friend for dinner and found out that we were the only ones having food and no one else came to have food in this hotel which was kinda awkward.
Ordered fish curry from my sister’s zomato account on 06-02-2020, the quantity and taste was excellent hence i decided to repeat the same order on the very next day. Felt very disappointed seeing the quantity which was just 75% of the previous day (First day the container was completely filled and next time 75%) How can someone just change the quantity in just one day. It has created a very bad impression on the restaurant and zomato. I request zomato and the restaurant to look on to this issue.
I have ordered Malabar chicken biriyani and unlocked gold privilege member in zomato but still I didn’t get a free portion beside that taste of the biriyani is good and portion is also good
