The hotel's signature Indian specialty restaurant, TGKF features a rich selection of seafood and over 180 succulent kababs. A typical, non-vegetarian kabab plate features three chicken kababs, two mutton kababs and one fish kabab, while the vegetarian selection boasts six types of kababs. A signature concept restaurant serving Indian frontier cuisine in an ambience of a factory. The Kebabs are made in open see-through separate kitchens for vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians including the tandoors, separate chefs using exclusive knives etc. The food is served as a TDH package of Non-vegetarian, Vegetarian, Combo or seafood. There is also a package for the health conscious guests called the "Zero Gravity".
