Food is tasty. A dish would cost between 400 to 500. But the service is very poor. They do not care if you have been properly attended. I was a regular customer until today. I have been highly disappointed by the service which was provided to me today. The server placed Lasagna direct from the oven. It was so hot that it could have burnt my skin. I asked him to call the chef, but he refused. I told him that he could have at least cooled down the plate before serving. He simply told that they would serve that Lasagna in that manner only to all their guests. I had not even touched the food. I got irritated by his reply, just paid him a round sum for my soup and I even paid for another item which I had ordered but not received and started leaving. He cared the least, he got the money and left for the next table. If you are concerned only about the quality of food and not the cost or service, Phil’s bistro might be your place.

Great food, but bit costly . You can have italian cuisine only here in Madurai. Taste is very good. Especially that garlic prawn, which is epic
Honestly the best restaurant that serves American-Italian cusiene,, great customer service too.. bit over priced but considering the quality of the food they provide..it’s worth once in a while,,
