The restaurant and the services are so pathetic. I ordered food at 1:30 and till 4 it was not delivered. I called up the restaurant and the delivery guy around ten times and none of them bothered to answer the call. Then at 3:50 when the delivery guy called he was so rude and asked if I wanted to cancel the order just cause he did not know the route. The Zomato guys were informed and I asked them to cancel the order but they said the amount can’t be refunded. They are all so casual and hopeless.The time showed in the app was 35-40 minutes and the delivery guy too called and confirmed the time but till 4 the order was not delivered.
