I was starving on that day with money of 200.i was searching for my food in Zomato,with giddiness and hope i ordered chicken shawarma combo but they disgracefully sent those without any hotness.Quality wise it may good but without warm the food seems disgusting.And no other option due to hunger and money deficit, I condone to eat that.kind suggestion, understand the customer situation and service accordingly and don’t disdain your customer.
