Never order shawarma plate from Blanc cafe again. Previously i ordered special shawarma plate and i was delivered with a normal shawarma plate. On my request zomato didn’t take any action and just assured me of better service in future. Today again i ordered special shawarma plate and i received stale uncooked and foul smelling chicken. The food was not at all edible i had to throw it. On complaining to zomato about it they kept ignoring my message. They didn’t take any actions and denied any complaint feedback. I had sent photos as proof but they ignored it as well. Kindly request you all to stop ordering food from this restaurant and also stop using zomato. They are very irresponsible and continuously violating consumer rights.
I ordered for the fist time and we’ll I am satisfied with the food. Ordered tandoori chicken, grill chicken and shawarma plate .The shawarma tasted good added extra flavour because of the coriander in it.#blanccafe
Blanc cafe has a good ambience and roof top seating, and they serves a good range of bbq and special shawarmas, including beef and chicken, they provide both options for shawarma.
It is one of best places which you can find in Potheri to eat non veg food. The food here is delish and they expertise in making best shawarma plate in the area. Shawarma plate made by them is so juicy, spicy and tasty that one could do anything for having taste of it. The staff is also very polite and humble. Although they don’t have much seating capacity but still they provide best services.
I order two special sharwama platter and both of them having bad smell. It’s like it got rot and they delivered to us may be they don’t know about it and but it’s smells really bad. We didn’t even touched it after a bite.
Ordered a special shawrma plate and it got delivered in exactly 17minutes. Great service and very nice taste.Also ordered barbeque chicken combo, great value for money and tastes good too. Would recommend.
