I got their number from zomato and ordered. The bill came up to 700 something. I figured the bill amounted to more than what it should have been according go the prices listed on the menu here. I called them back and asked them. It turned out to be that the staff himself didnt know that they are on zomato.
My roommate took me to this place because he had a craving for Burger, we should have just taken a longer ride and visited McDonald’s instead. This place doesn’t look like a owned franchise from the outside, the ambiance of the restaurant is ok-ish. The interior decorator must update his color palate, the overwhelming amount of red used on the walls is an assault on the visual senses. The dining area has a nice amount of seating space, too bad that nobody was dining there except for my friend and me, and a couple who clearly were not here to dine. The menu was straight out of the 70s with shitty pictures and shittier items on the menu (pineapple pizza? come on). We decided to bite the bullet and order our food, we got ourselves a Chicken Tikka pizza, Chicken fillet burger, and some chicken wings. The pizza was horrendous, the crust was too thick and there was a ridiculous amount of cheese on the pizza, the only thing which amused me was that they somehow managed to make the crust somewhat crispy in spite of it being too thick. The chicken wings were the only dish which is worth mentioning, they were perfectly battered, breaded and fried to perfection. They were so tender that the bones just came out of the flesh.The chicken fillet burger was an abomination and a disgrace to all the food items in the world, the mayo was just slathered on top of the fillet and was disgusting. The very thought of that burger wants me to jump off a high-rise building. I had to drink a can of coke to remove the aftertaste which the burger left in my mouth.
They take more than one hour for delivery. And also they missed my beverage which I ordered.don’t know. Are they so irresponsible. Will eat food without warmness and beverage without chill
Would have giving 5 if the delivery was fast, they takeore than an hour which can kill someone’s hunger by the time the food arrives at your door step. The taste and quality is pretty good, and I’d prefer dining more than door step delivery
I am pretty sure that you ll not get what is listed when you order a combo. Wrap combos usually contains a wrap, a snack kinda thing and a drink. You ll not get the drink you order and the snack thing will not be the one listed in that menu. It happend with myself and my friends too.. On missing the drink, they wont respond to you properly when you call for it and then they ll promise you to deliver it in 10 mins, yet I am waiting (that 10 mins will never end for them) and the best part is, the place I stay is hardly 200 mts away from their shop. Worst delivery experience ever.
I placed an order through phone. Firstly my order was late by 30 mins. On top of that they missed the drink in my order. I was told they will deliver my drink in 10 minutes since my place is near the outlet. But I never received it. And they didn’t pick up when I called to ask about it. Worst customer service ever!!! 🙁
The service is good. Food quality is 3.5/5. But not too costly. Could attract many customers as the ambience is good but no crowd. Better place for a private hangout.
