Few options in pallavaram for veg food. So pallav is one of the options if you are looking for veg food. Food cost is bit high when compared to what you actually get.
Pallav is one of the oldest hotel in pallavaram.Once it was the only hotel which serves pure vegetarian foods.Due to emerge of many new multi cuisine restaurants people don’t prefer this kind of hotels. But still hotel pallav is one of the hotels in pallavaram which serves good veg foods. I ordered chilli parotta and veg noodles.It was good.Taste was ok. Over all 2.5/5.
This is a typical south indian restaurant. There is nothing much to say about ambience. The service also not up to the market. Ordered 1 plain dosa and masala dosa . They delivered 2 plain dosas and I told him that I ordered one masala dosa. Then he entered into kitchen and brought one cup of masala and gave to me. I didn’t expect these kind of worst service. Taste also not that much good.
I have gone to this restaurant many times since my childhood. If you are very much hungry and have only few bucks in your wallet,then this is the right place.My favourite dishes are ‘Chola Puri’ and ‘Masal Dosa’.The ‘Tiffin Sambar’ served here is really awesome.Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 3/5
went for morning breakfast. Tasted Dosai and poori. Dosai was ok nothing special. Poori was vey oily. but tasted good. Ambiance was ok. Its on GST road just near pallavaram bus stand. Good Veg Hotel.
Pallav hotel is becoming the worst hotel in pallavaram, pay 55 rupees for a masala dosa parcel and they will give only one chutney (coconut) which was sour. The guy who makes the bill will always ask how many 3 times because he will look somewhere else when you talk to him.Table service is worse, they won’t give you time to eat before you finish eating they will ask if you want anything else and if you say give sometime the waiter says his shift is over and he is going and if we wanted the bill. Overall main road pass by crowd they can expect, local crowd is going to find other hotels for GOOD FOOD and GOOD SERVICE
