i ordered 2 quantity of kothu parotta .the items are burnt and blackish despite the parotta was soft only .but unable to eat because of burnt smell.chapathi was too hard .paneer butter masala taste s poor .overall poor experience . resulted in waste of money and unsatisfaction

I had ordered a pongal and sambhar vada from this restaurant. They sent me khichidi instead. When I contacted zomato regarding this, the restaurant adamantly claims what they sent me is pongal despite me sending a photo and even tasting a bit of the food as well. I didnt even want a refund or return, i just wanted them to acknowledge the same. They have instead chosen to lie to their customers by saying that they prepare pongal the same way a khicidi is prepared
