Order placed through Swiggy. Ordered one chicken biriyani and chicken Tikka. Order accepted by restaurant. After sometime, they called and informed biriyani was over. Yes, i will agree since today there was many people ordering since all restaurants were closed in the day. So I asked what are the other alternatives available, they suggested chicken rice or chicken pulav. I went with chicken rice. Order delivered on time by Swiggy delivery guy.When I opened the chicken rice parcel, it wasn’t chicken rice neither chicken biriyani. I am still wondering what was it. It was a combo of chicken Kolambu and chicken biriyani? . Never tasted this worst of rice in my life. It tasted full of pudhiina, with Kolambu chicken pieces and rice mixed with that. We were very hungry and we don’t waste food. So had that rice itself and the life saver was Tikka. Tikka tasted good, no complaints. The two star is for Tikka only. They could have easily told rice items are not available rather then delivering something which is not chicken biriyani or chicken rice and just for the sake, packed something and delivering is not acceptable.Completely spoiled our taste buds and mood for having food. Will never order here again.
